My family has been coming to Whitey's for YEARS.  THIS IS HANDS DOWN THE BEST FISH I HAVE HAD IN MY LIFE.  It will always be, I'm sure of it.  The restaurant is adorned with nets and sea-fare garb, and there are long stretches of windows along the east end, facing M-15 highway.   The fish : tender pieces of flaky white cod, with medium breading (some secret recipe) that doesn't overwhelm the…
