If you were selling the place, you'd be set, because they have a great location - right on the water.  Unfortunately, location only helps in real estate.  It isn't bad for a restaurant, but it only gets you so far and then you have to also have good service and food as well, and that's where Cracker's falls a little short.  The service is friendly at Cracker's, but it's a bit slow.  And the food…
