Cheap!  And good!  I would say more Tex Mex than authentic Mexican.  They have huge $5 margaritas, and it's a great place to take someone on their birthday:  Big Sombrero's, singing, whipped cream on noses.  You can easily spend $5 or less each for lunch.  Servers understand English fine, just don't expect them converse with you :-) Great customer service, and atmosphere.  Servers wear uniforms…
