We went to On The Border for lunch and I must admit that it was pretty good.  We ordered the 'Baja Chicken & Shrimp' and requested that they prepare everything with Olive Oil, NO butter.  Our waitor was very attentive and our food arrived exactly how we wanted it.  If you're a health nut like me, ask your waitor to have your food prepared without any butter or salt, you will shave off about 250…
