With maybe the exception of Stony Creek, Dodge Park has to be the best park in the state.  I'm just going to say this really quick: Volleyball Courts, Play Structures, Swingsets, Picnic Areas, Pavilions, Restrooms, a Concert Stage, and a skating rink that's in-line in the summer, and ice-skating in the winter!  Were Dodge Park filled with only that, it'd be an exceptional park indeed.
