Not sure how large this chain is.  I know there are a few in the area.  I am not big on mexican cuisine.  To me its all beans and rice;  so a trip to Taco Bell is as good as a fine Mexican restaurant to me.  Not so according to my date.  She truly appreciates MiPueblo.  The selection is astounding.  I guess.    I can't say it wasn't good,  but astounding?  It was a taco,  rice,  guac salad.  How…
