I cannot believe that the current owners of Claymont Steak Shop think that their significant change from the "classic" italian type crispy grinder roll to an absolutely unacceptable substitution will go unnoticed by the now multiple generations of passionate & loyal hoagie and steak sandwhich patrons of this establishment.  What can you be thinking?  I refuse to believe that I am alone in my view…
