I will make up excuses to head over the mountains to eat here!! The first thing you notice is how clean the place is. The tables are not sticky with left over residue. Even the restrooms are spotless.  The BBQ is amazing, everything is great minus the hot links, They were just OK. The ribbon fries are a nice touch.   Well worth the drive from anywhere.
