It's a Carbondale institution and must be experienced at least ONCE for the biscuits and gravy.  Love it or hate it, Mary Lou's has the lock on traditional, home made, good old fashioned breakfast in Carbondale.  It's a stop on my Carbondale trips every time!  I like to sit at the counter and just chat it up with a random stranger.  People here are very friendly and will make you feel at home.…
