Decent food, cheap, quick friendly service. Small establishment. I only give it three stars because the food is just okay... nothing to rave about, it'd edible, doesn't taste BAD, and is cooked well. Nothing says "Mmmmm tasty" like chicken fingers that are still half-frozen, and these ones are not.  Oh... and it's La Ortolana...
