There is no better place in Philly for Italian specialties and incredibly warm and  friendly service.    Buon Italia at the Chelsea Market in NYC might have more inventory, but they can't compare on service.  The guys behind the counter at Claudio's will take their time with you and make sure you get plenty of samples, advice, tips and recommendations.   Of course the cheeses will make you close…
