Thanks to seeing all these positive reviews, I decided to run over there for lunch myself.  Only now I'm kicking myself for not having gone earlier.  I'm no Pho expert, but the Pho I had was delicious.  I especially enjoyed the addition of copious amounts of basil and fresh lime to mine.  Delicious food, quick and friendly service, and cheap!
