One of my favorite places to shop in Bklyn.  It's very well merchandised.  Great place to find gifts and housewares, clothes, accessories and stationery for the stylin' hipster....

3. Fuego 718

Neighborhood: Brooklyn/Williamsburg - South Side

handmade jewelry, diaries with wonderwoman holograms on the cover etc.  I try to do christmas shopping from local Billyburg businesses, and always get a bunch of great gifts here....

4. Brooklyn Superhero…

Otherwise, they have excellent t-shirts, clever props (a can of chaos? I'll have one, thanks), and tons of McSweeney's books stashed away.  A great place for gifts! And it's all for a great cause!...

(sorry -- I'm the one bringing tourists in some cases), at least it's not as packed as the chaotic scene that is Canal Street.  I think it's a great place for random gifts or home decor...
