We were seated immediately and maybe it was just our server for the night since the other servers seemed more friendly.  But as soon as sat down, she came by to take our drink order and asked if we wanted to start with any appetizers.  We hadn't even opened our menu so we asked for a minute.  Within another 5 minutes, she was back again asking for an appetizer and when we told her that we were…
