Mirroring the previous reviews, Cardinal is all about the MILKSHAKES!!  Absolutely delicious and great flavors!  There's something very old school and nostalgic about going to a Drive-In restaurant where you order through a speaker and the waitress brings the food out to your card for you.  Back to the days before we got so busy and just went with Drive Thrus.  The food that I've had heard has…
