Given where this restaurant is located, I am giving it 5 stars: -Sushi chef is Japanese and "properly" trained/well experienced (rare in the Tampa area or FL for that matter) -fish is fresh and cut properly -offers plenty of other options for non-sushi eating friends -excellent service -their large house sake is the largest I've ever seen (an entire teapot!)
