The Boulder Efrain's serves beautiful and perfect Mexican food.  That's why they are so crowded.  Especially today, when Naropa's Nalanda Campus, which is directly across 63rd St. from Efrain's, is having large seminar classes on a Saturday.  Considering the fact that 20 or 30 Naropites all came in at once,  the Efrain's team did pretty well with service, too.  Lots of people enjoying their mason…
