We had to look for a mid-size bus to transfer 35 guests from an office meeting to dinner then to their hotels (6 hotels in the downtown area). We were suprised with the high quotes that we got from other shuttle buses companies (4 hours minimum, 8% fuel surcharge, hourly rate - starts/ends from the time the shuttle leaves/arrives to gargage-which could be additional 3 hours charge)!!!
