I went to Cedar's over the weekend with my father.  The restaurant is conveniently located inside Foxwood's casino, so it's easy to get there.  We expected to have to wait for our table (even though we had made reservations) but were seated almost immediately which was great.  The service went downhill from there.  Someone filled our water glasses right as we sat down, but our waitress didn't come…
