Its usually hard to find praise for a bank, as mostly they are considered cold and heartless.  Not so at Bank of the West.  Every branch I have visited has been a pleasant banking experience.  The people are friendly and actually seem to care about the job they are doing.  I receive a friendly smile and eye contact.  It seems genuine, and not forced.  I was in need of a notary, but could only come…
