Okay, if you find yourself in Beaumont, I doubt you'll find better sushi. Unfortunately, that does not make Tokyo objectively good. To the contrary, it's monopoly on the local sushi scene and consequent popularity mean you may have to wait to sample the overpiced fare.  Lower the prices and I'd give Tokyo three stars as a perfectly average and serviceable sushi joint.
