The BEST Mexican in the whole state of Vermont.  I was there for 4 years, one and a half in Burlington, and El Sol had the best made and best flavor of any others I tried.  Scott and Jennifer are the owners and since Jennifer is of Mexican heritage, she knows what she is doing.  Scott on the other hand is possessed by freshness and delivering the best product he can.
