Imo's is St. Louis' best and most distinct pizza, by far.  Thin as Kate Moss, with provel and your choice of a variety of fresh toppings...I always order green peppers, mushrooms, pepperoni, and extra sauce and it comes out perfect.  My only word of caution would be never to order it with just cheese.  Some say it tastes like cardboard this way.  For me, it needs to be piled high with toppings so…
