Took the drive over from Durham, NC to Ayden to have lunch at Bum's today.  I love heading over occasionally because in my opinion it's some of the best Southern food in the state, and the veggies are without compare.   Normally I've gone for the fried chicken because it's some of the best you can find anywhere - wonderfully crispy and tasty skin with tender and juicy meat inside.  A meat-n-two…
