I must confess, I like their snappy service and their staff is friendly, but not so much when I resent the fact that they keep shattering my $375 dress shirt buttons. And offering me an excuse or saying these beautiful and distinctive buttons simply can be replaced by dipping their hands in a coffee tin and stitching on something close doesn't cut it.
