Phil is a great guy and runs an excellent shop!  This is a no-nonsense tire shop. Don't expect luxury waiting area and the shop's work area is pretty small - so, watch daily when getting close for new tires and try to go when he looks less busy. Turn-around is very good though usually, even when busy.
