Mast General Store takes customer service to a new level.  To make a long story short, I had to make a long distance return and there was some confusion on both sides.  However, rather than blame me (which it was mostly my fault), they went above and beyond.  I'm leaving this positive review because, frankly, they really deserve it.   The store is great and there's really nothing like it anywhere…
