I've only been to this place for altering a pair of jeans with the original hem.  While the service was great, the results were not.  They looked very altered in that they had an extra line of thread above the place they reattached the original bottom part of the jeans.  For $12, I expected a much better job.  I've been to places (a farther drive) that can do the original hem without that extra…
