When I first moved to Chicagoland I lived a block from this bank and decided to open an account there. I have never been greeted so coldly by any establishment.  The customer service reps acted as though they were completely inconvenienced by my presence in their office.  To this day I refuse to do any business with Citi in any way shape or form.
