Iris let me down, big time.  The collars on a jacket and 4 shirts were pressed in a sloppy, wrinkled manner.  I was seriously concerned that the jacket's collar, which looked stretched and misshapen, was ruined.  It is a jacket from a $1500 custom-made suit.  (It  was made in SF so it's not replaceable, even if we had the money to do so.)  I asked them to redo the order.  The owner didn't fully…
