I've stumbled on this 99 twice cutting from 93 to 495 or vice-versa.  Both times it was around dinner-time, I was starting to think about food and ( ! ) there it was.  It pops up, just kind of there all by itself on rt. 133.  This location is small and the parking is pretty much inadequate if the place is full.  I try not to eat at the chains too often, but sometimes I'm just more interested in a…
