Growing up in Andover this was one of my favorite places to eat.  To this day I concider it a special treat when I get a chance to eat there.  The General Tao's chicken is unreal especially if you order it extra crispy and with mushrooms and baby corn added.  The egg rolls are really good and the rice is extremely fresh.  I would eat here everyday if I could, but the prices are up there.    It is…
