Central P & H charges too much per hour, charges for travel time to your home, assumes in advance to know what the job will need so carries only certain basic parts; and if they are wrong or need something else, charges the customer to send someone to fetch the missing part, or the customer must wait for it to be ordered and schedule another service call!
