Alice George is the absolute best realtor of all time!  She helped me to buy and sell my house and she was extremely knowledgeable of the local market conditions.  She knows her stuff inside and out and she will take care of you from start to finish.  I can't say enough good things about her.  If you are in the market to buy or sell a home in the Philadelphia area, definitely call her.
