I had one of my favorite meals in ABQ at Seasons. I ordered the Spanish snapper which was undercooked (they sent it back to the kitchen without any hassles). This didn't bother me at all since it was sitting in the world's most amazing lemon-sake beurre sauce. I would buy a vat of it, if it were available.
