La Diligencia is a good taqueria, the food is pretty much good all of the time. They offer all sorts of meats for their tacos [tripas/pollo/fajita/asad a/pastor]. I usually get the combo that includes 4 corn tacos [2 Fajita/2 Pastor], half of a baked potato, a cup of pinto beans, and a drink for around $7.
