Just had a VERY poor phone customer service experience with this establishment. Woman answering the phone was rushed, impatient and not at al helpful. She was too quick to tell me where they don't deliver before I could even tell her where I was, and also to tell me about costs before I could even discuss what I was looking for. NOT COOL! I hung up and called Park Florist where I had an excellent phone experience and am going in to get my arrangement. Don't people realize how important the phone experience is? I guess I'm not fond of "crotchety bitchy clerks" (to quote another yelper) - especially when I'm shopping by phone!

ZuZu's isn't so much a florist shop as it is a high end decoration store. They do supply excellent potted plants and trees as well as hard to find Greco-Romanesque concrete planters and a very luxurious selection of fabrics such as table cloths and towels. I also like their natural fragrance soaps and pottery collection.
They are high priced, but I challenge anyone to find the quality and variety of items they have under one roof.

This place is overpriced, but GREAT!
Of course, I waited until Saturday night to get the obligatory bouquet. Walked in the door at 6:50 PM - closing time was 7.
The ladies were obviously pissed, but they were still helpful, and they gave me shit that I deserved. Set me up with a plant and some lilacs and a vase, all in 10 minutes, and for $50. Not too shabby.
I love crotchety bitchy clerks who do a damn good job and have perfect beautiful things to buy. Best florist in the Slope!
