Unique selection of lingerie and undergarments.
The staff are always extremely helpful, friendly, and make the shopping experience fun. Every time I come in, I tell them my measurements and a general idea of what I'm looking for and they always help me find the perfect thing.
Highly recommended! -

When I went into this store I was a bit worried - it seemed so small. And most of the bras didn't look particularly practical. How would it live up to its lofty claim of AA-K bra sizes?
The lady there was nice and handed me some things I wasn't super impressed with. They only had one non underwire bra. However when I said that I wasn't happy with the other underwire one, she brought back too more. The fabric on one was weird and poochy on the cup (slightly too big) but I fell in love with the other one. I bought that and the non underwire one, and actually wore that one out of the store. Expensive, but worth it?
My back immediately felt better after wearing it out of the store. I was scared because it was itchy a tiny bit when I first put it on but that went away soon, probably even better after I wash it.
Anyway my followup that made me write this review is that I looked up these bras online. The one I really liked is some crazy french bra that you can only get in NY or Europe!! And the other one is made by some Columbian moms who moved to the US. That is so cool. Nordstroms etc may have a good variety of different bras but they certainly won't have these.
One start off for focusing more on lacy things, and the high price.. -

Their lingerie may be cute, and their service may be extremely helpful, but do not trust them to find you a comfortable, every day bra. Zovo is for love-making-wear-around-the house-daintily types of bras.
After spending over $90 on a bra JUST YESTERDAY, mine already broke. Even my $15 Target bra lasted a year! -

Went into Zovo just the other day and had an amazing experience! Not only did i fall in love with the aesthetics of the spanish style inspired color themes and displays, i was able to finally find the right bras for my uncommon size and preferences when it comes to lingerie. The customer service was spot on with sizing and genuine customer service, especially from the store manager Meghan who really knows her stuff... i walked out with three new bras i know i will last- a great t shirt bra with convertible straps, a delicate yet durable lace bra for night outs and also the most comfortable strapless ive ever worn!
i would reccomend Zovo to anyone looking for a great bra- sexy night looks for their loved one and the best apothecary product!
i am excited for my next trip to zovo! -

Zovo has a lovely selection of lingerie, vibrators, sale panties and more, but the service and management are completely horrible. The sales staff are typically young university students who are not adequately trained and don't know how to do a proper bra fitting. There is no such thing as a standard bra size for any one person.
Moreover, their lack of return policy is off-putting. I am not clear as to why a store wouldn't allow a return on unused/unworn merchandise if it was a gift and doesn't fit (or if they don't have an alternative size in stock). I have been very disappointed each time I visit and will shop at other local lingerie stories in the future. -

I finally decided it was time to get properly fit and yes I was one of the 80% of women wearing the wrong size bra! The store is rather small and I was a little worried when I first walked in that they wouldn't have what I needed but I was wrong. The experience was very comfortable and it was nice to have a selection of larger sizes to choose from. I was looking for an every day bra and was able to walk away with three bras.
What a difference the right bra makes! -

Today's visit to Zovo was a true example of serendipity - or in my case, proof that there is a god who watches over idiots who forget their jackets and take the wrong bus to the doctor's office. I was backtracking toward my ultimate destination, shivering my way through the U Village complex when I happened to notice Zovo was advertising a sale. Given that my best underwire recently gave up the ghost (while I was wearing it, ouch!), I decided to pop inside. Boy, was I glad I did.
I'd been meaning to check out Zovo since I first saw it reviewed in the Seattle Times, but the size of the place (not to mention its boutique atmosphere) had always scared me away. I haven't been under a DD cup since I was fourteen, so I'm used to the sticker shock associated with a small band and large cup size. I can find my unusual size at Nordstrom, but never under $80 and never in anything that doesn't look like an ox yoke. Zovo not only carried several "fun" and supportive pieces in my size (lace? polka dots?), but their regular prices were amazing! Even if I hadn't been taking advantage of 40-50% off, I wouldn't have spent over $60 a bra. (Believe me, when you're busty, this is a revelation.)
Furthermore, I was impressed with the types of bras the friendly associate was able to pick for me. I scored a low cut corset-boned demi that will solve all my plunging neckline woes, as well as that most elusive of beasties: an amazing fitted sports bra that both minimizes motion and makes my rack look fab! They didn't have the demi in black -- an unfortunate thing, as I'm sorely in need of a new black bra -- but I was able to put my name on a waitlist for when the black becomes available. I can see where that might frustrate a girl who is accustomed to picking bras off the rack, but in that case, why are you shopping at a specialty store? ;) -

Wow! I hadn't ventured into Zovo before because I was POSITIVE that the gitch (not to be confused with gooch) they sell there are very, very expensive. Fact: their prices on moderate and high end lingerie are right on par with everyone else's and I'd rather shop in this little independent boutique than a big chain... so there you have it.
They've got an amazing sale right now. And when I say sale, I mean
S A L E.
I saw bras in here that were upwards of $60 and $70 for $10-25. For reals. And cute too! I didn't have time to shop, nor did I have the patience last night either... but when I'm searchin' for underoos, this looks like the place to do it.
Oh, and also... if you make your way to the back, they have some candles, perfume, scent diffusers, and several big girl items in various colors that make buzzing noises when you turn them on. Ya got me?
The staff is nice and the space is elegant. Add in the fact that they're independent.

Review from Sarah B.
I see London, I see France, I see swanky underpants.
I'm not really the kind of woman to drop mad rad cash on a suave set of underpinnings I can't be arsed to wear because I hate hand-washing the damned things. We all need one or two sets of mentionable unmentionables, though, and for these sorts of things Zovo fits the bill.
Zovo's variety of brands and styles makes finding a properly fitting bra much easier than it can be at a store that only sells its own brand. If you're going to put the time, effort and money into nice lingerie it has to fit like it was made for you. Thankfully, between the selection and totally helpful sales staff, acheiving that goal isn't impossible. I'm one of those people who gets kind of jumpy when asking for bra advice, but the woman working the day I was in was uber-professional and speedy with providing me different options to try on. Not having to go back and forth from the fitting room 10 times when trying on new styles is a major, major boon.
I'd argue that most gals don't think every single pair of knickers they own needs to be made in France, hand-wash only, and $30. But for special occasions and just those times you want to treat yourself, this place is tops... and matching bottoms.Listed in: Impressive!, Shameless

Wow. I've visited Seattle for work few times in the last few months and every time I find something that absolutely makes me want to move here for life. My trip to Zovo was life-changing! I wanted something special for my boyfriend's birthday-- a little gift wrap if you will-- and not only did Molly and Meghan go out of their way to make sure I found what I needed, but they gave honest and concise feedback as to how I can make the most of their incredibly well-made lingerie. When they didn't have the size I needed in the panty to match my new Simone Perele bra, Meghan went out of her way to send me a link to http://figleaves.co.uk to make sure I got the item in time for my special occasion. Not only did I walk out with an absolutely exquisite bra, but I found a great little shop that I'm excited to return to once I hit Seattle again.
Just a NB: their in-store line is nice, but save up for some of their nicer brands. Simone Perele isn't cheap-- it's high end French and very fancy-- but if you're looking for something really special, it's completely worth it. Just don't be shocked if you drop over $100 for an exquisite piece of lingerie-- and that's just the bra. :)Listed in: My favorite places ever...

Hi. I'm Chivahn. I'm a 36F.
As someone with a hard to shop for size, beige and white bras are something I will not tolerate.
I heard this was the place to go. I am glad I went during the sale, but I was really underwhelmed. They only had a few bras in my size, and they were super flimsy. I like a little padding to round things out, and a bit of push-upness as well. The only bras they had in my size were mesh and really gave no support.
Staff was super friendly and helpful. I ended up buying one bra, which was super cute, but it is definitely a special-date bra - if I tried to wear it at work or something, it would probably rip in half. -

My friends and I had a bra-fitting day that resulted in some....big surprises for a couple of us. Fortunately, Zovo carries beautiful bras in all sorts of sizes, so we all went home with a bit more pep in our step (and a few dollars less in our bank accounts!)
The service was fantastic -- when I decided to go back about a week later and pick up a matching panty for the bra I initially purchased, I just emailed the shop and they put it on hold for me.
I love that they put a little bag of lavender in with each purchase -- it's nice to open the bag and have that little bit of aromatherapy. -
Review from Aly M.
Awesome customer service. I tried on so many bras and it was great to just have them come back without me having to dig through. I could describe things I liked/disliked and they would accommodate me. I took away a star just because I wish the prices were a little lower, especially with people struggling so much. I was looking for everyday bras and there were some, but mostly ones for more "special" occasions.
I didn't end up buying any, but that doesn't mean I won't in the future. It's just for the time being I needed to save a little money and found a better deal somewhere else. However, the selection here is great. I've never been able to find so many pretty bras in my size before.
I will definitely return. -

At first I was hesitant to try a lingerie shop in the University Village, but I'm glad that I did. The customer service here is excellent and they carry a serious RANGE of sizes. I'm a 36G and the manager, Molly, was able to find almost 12 bras in my size. They had sizes up into the 44's - though in more everyday wear styles.
The fitting rooms are lux and private yet the staff checks on you frequently to find out if you need help or more options. They carry Freya which is a brand that fits larger chested girls with more lace than the average and a great price point. The PJ's were incredibly soft - the sort of stuff that makes it impossible to get dressed on a Sunday.
When they couldn't find what I wanted, they were quick to take down my email address and emailed me promptly when they did find it. Overall, this is a great place to shop if you know what you want.Listed in: Born to Shop

Review from Amanda J.
My experiences buying lingerie have always been a little underwhelming, but I'm pretty sure Zovo just changed my life, no exaggerating. Usually when getting fitted, a tape measure is unceremoniously stuck around me, my size is pronounced, and I am sent on my way past the racks of cute bras for girls with smaller racks over to the utilitarian (i.e. as non-sexy as it gets) stuff. I sigh over my fate and wonder where the porn stars find their adorned brassieres.
I've lost a little weight recently and decided I would take a hopeful try at a re-measure, so I turned to Yelp for some guidance. You girls did not steer me and my girls wrong! Molly at Zovo is amazing. She made me feel incredibly comfortable, and instead of telling me my "size", she pulled several things off the rack and helped me with the best fit on each one. I've been totally misinformed until now. I ended up with 4 differently sized but perfectly fitting pieces, and they're actually all adorable. I am saved from what I feared was my Playtex 18-hour fate!
Yes, the stuff in Zovo is a bit pricey, but they only seem to carry things that are really well-made and meant to last. The service is second to none, and the shop itself is adorable. I'm pretty sure that Molly could find the perfect bra to fit anyone - they have a huge range of sizes. I'd rather spend my money here on one good piece and know that I got the perfect thing than dig through the semi-annual sales bins at Vicky's ever again. -

Zovo is just incredible. I've gotten my wife gifts here before, and the staff is amazingly helpful. They make you feel at home and really help you to pick out something great. Most important, they strive to make the whole process feel good. This is a classy place, not at all cheesy or cheap or intimidating. I cannot say enough about Zovo. And no, this isn't the cheapest place out there, but you certainly get what you pay for, in terms of the product, the service, and the entire experience.

Zovo Lingerie is the absolute best place to go to purchase a bra for women of all shapes and sizes. They carry a very wide range of band and cup sizes. If you have problems finding a bra that fits you well go to zovo and they will for sure change your life with their bras.
I use to have the most difficult time finding bras that fit me. The band would always ride up my back and the cup would always be too small. I had the most difficult time just finding a place that would even carry my cup size. Then if I had found one that kind of fit me it would cost me over a hundred dollars and would stretch out in a day. I hated bra shopping with a passion for all those reasons UNTIL I found Zovo. Zovo changed my life. My bras fit perfectly now. They have the best people working there who will spend all their time with you until they find you a bra that fits you perfectly.
So if you think that you are a difficult fit go to zovo and they will prove you wrong.
Also, all of their bras are super cute and sexy. Even the ones that are very large cup sizes. -

So this is not my favorite lingerie store for the really high end stuff, but I frequent this store more for their hard to find lines and their INCREDIBLE customer service. Not only can you find french corsets, but also skull rings with precious gems for eyes (yes I have one and his name is Bob).
I love Simon Perele and Aubaude and they carry both lines. I also love their British pajamas that are made out of some of the best Egyptian linen and cotton money can buy. They have Wolford leggings and tights, and if you check out the bargain bins in the back sometimes you can find the best deals!
Also, make sure to sign up for their e-mail/mailing list because then you get invited for various events where the booze and snacks abound, not to mention you can drag sig others or friends along to make your shopping binges somehow ok.Listed in: Born to Shop

I went in looking for bras in my size that I can actually see in the store and try on. This is harder than you might think most of the time, but turned out to be a piece of cake at Zovo.
The woman working was very friendly, brought me a huge range of bras to try on in many different styles and price ranges - from practical every day to a little more special. I ended up going with an every day style, but you can bet if I'm ever looking for something a little more fancy this will be my first stop.
I didn't experience much sticker shock, but maybe that's because I'm used to paying more since I can't find bras off the rack in most stores. Before now my options were to buy online and hope that they fit. After looking online at bras similar to the ones I purchased, I found that the prices are pretty much the same. -

Hands-down the best lingerie-shopping experience of my life. I shop Zovo exclusively for all my lingerie needs, and if I ever leave Seattle, I'll order my lingerie from them over the phone or online. The store is welcoming, and the staff is friendly, highly trained, and genuinely interested in making your shopping experience fun and stress-free. The price range is vast, so you can grab steals in the sale bin or really splurge on bra/panty sets from the super-fancy French brands like Aubade. They've also got me covered for my staples -- Huit bra/panty sets, Hanky Panky thongs, Fleur't boyshorts, and Cosabella bralettes.
And I haven't even talked about their size range! I don't think I'm a hard-to-fit size, but most other lingerie shops and department stores do. Zovo ALWAYS has me covered. Ladies large, small, and in between, listen up: Zovo WILL have something for you. In fact, they'll have a practical option, a cute option, and a dead sexy option, and they'll make sure you've tried all of them on before you leave.
In short: visit the store, get a fitting, chat with the shop girls, have some fun, and take comfort in the fact that you've found the only lingerie shop you'll ever need. -

First off, Google maps is totally wrong (as of 4/11/09): Zovo is IN University Village.
My experience shopping for honeymoon lingerie here was good, though. One of the ladies quickly asked if I needed help, proceeded to pick out some pieces that fit somewhat to what I was looking for, then kept them coming and gave feedback and advice as I tried them on. Wow. Great service!
However, the prices are steep. I'm not the type to drop big bucks for brand names. I'll admit, there are some cute cute pieces in here, but the really good ones start at $100 for just the bra and $35 for the panties. (The set I really liked was $130 for the bra and $50 for the panties.) The prices are a turn-off, but I may be back one day. I'm going to burn for saying it, but all I need for now are the cheesy department store sets. -

I had my first Zovo experience yesterday, and I will be certain to return. Molly was super helpful and sweet. I think she brought me half the store to try on, and was nothing but encouraging the whole time. The current sale is excellent, and I was able to purchase two bras that I could not have afforded if it weren't for such a generous markdown. A tip for locating Zovo (I'm new to the area) the address comes up wrong on google maps- and on GPS- the gals there said they are trying to remedy that, but it's in University Village (chic shopping complex) across from Banana Republic.

I thought I was doing pretty well going to Nordstrom for my lingerie. but Zovo customer service blows Nordy's away. Not to mention the selection here is amazing! So beautiful. So feminine. High quality. So expensive too; however, you are getting what you pay for. The sales are great and the customer service was beyond my expectation! The only thing missing was a glass of champagne (kidding).

I bought 2 bras from here about 6 months ago. I'm going back in a week for the sale! Not only do they have stylish bras, but also very comfortable ones, too! My boobs are huge- 38-GG, and so I've been through some terrible bra shopping experiences, but this place is great! The gal fit me just right, and the experience wasn't at all uncomfortable or awkward like other places. She was friendly, and was on 'top of things', helping me find all sorts of bras in my size. I'm so happy these bras are such good quality as well- my bras usually get worn out quickly, but these have held true, and I switch them every-other day. I just want to go buy more, even though I don't really need to, since the two I have are still in excellent condition. (A lady can never have enough underwear!) Lastly, I only spent about $130 on two beautiful, comfortable bras, which is a good deal for my proportions. Overall, I am so happy to find Zovo. Great place to go if you have unique measurements. They even store your size into the computer for the next time. Good prices on bras, but I did stay away from the pricey panties!

This store changed my life! I have become a flasher. I'm serious. After purchasing bras here I must and I do, show them off to everyone. Coworkers (can I show you my new bra?), friends (did you see my new bra?), the UPS guy (let me show you the strap of my new bra), the people at the pet store (yes, my dog IS cute, but have you ever seen a bra THIS cute?). Chances are they have actually seen a bar that cute before, but in an A cup. I have a hard time finding cute bras that fit me. I have sized out of anything Victoria Secrets carries, don't find anything in my size at places like Target, and beyond sad to not be able to pick up something lacy and cute at little shops when I see them. Really, I was destined to only wear very comfortable and practical (as I like to call them "grandma" bras) from Nordstrom's. But now I may have pink lace, see through white with flowers, red with white pokadots, Purple with lacy detailed straps, silver with rhinestones, LOW CUT black lace! My god people, since finding this store I have become a more beautiful and sexy woman on the outside because I am strutting my stuff knowing I am rocking some seriously beautiful and sexy undies. So, to all the ladies in the house wearing an E, F, FF, G, H or something similar start saving your pennies because though they are not cheap, every penny is well worth it every day you wear a sexy ass bra that makes you feel like a million bucks. And I will second and third the comments that said the customer service here is top notch. They are very attentive by giving you the full pretty woman treatment and bringing you many options to try on (as all bras fit different so you may be a DD in this one, but an F in that one). Oh, and just a word of advice - the panties are pricy, so if this is a total splurge and more than you like to spend on bras ($60-$130), then do not get attached to the matching sets (don't pick them up, don't try to decide between the boy short or the thong, don't love them as a set). Pick out amazing and great fitting bras, and then get coordinating color panties elsewhere.

The ultimate in pampering whether anyone else sees it or not! The lingerie leans toward the high end, but it's not necessarily astronomical even if you might feel out of this world wearing it. I needed a bra. It happens. They carry all sorts of well known and some not so well known designers, but they also carry something called the "bump it up" and after a couple of kids and a certain number of years, anything short of surgery to "bump it up" is mighty welcome! More comfortable than a wonder bra. There's lots of sexy and sophisticated spoil yourself stuff here and I like this place so much better than Victoria's Secret which is getting pretty cookie cutter. The staff is really nice and very knowledgable about fitting. You think you know what size you are? Think again. Robes, slips, camis, sexy stuff you definitely don't buy just for yourself - they carry it all. Some yummy smelling products line the wall as well and the lighting is on the dimmer side, which is an awfully nice touch when baring so much skin. If I'm going to cry in front of a mirror in my underwear I want it to happen at home where no one can see me. Great store.

Locating 36 DDD bustier or strapless bra to go with my wedding dress was proving to be more difficult than I thought. Having had no luck at Cacique, and Macy's, I went to Nordstrom. Got a chilly reception and felt no obligation to purchase. Yelped and found Zovo. True to the reviews, my initial phone call was met with enthusiasm and they generously offered to hold a couple items for three days allowing me to get up to U Village at my convenience. The shop is beautiful, the staff warm and friendly, and totally non-judgmental of your imperfections. I gladly paid a few measly dollars more for the same bra and left happy to support a small business and get the girls hoisted into the proper position. They carry the larger sizes and have some very sexy items. You pay more, but asking around I have heard that the quality outlives and makes it worth the price.

I was up visiting the Seattle area and I found my way into this lovely store. They are having a fantastic sale right now. Victoria, who I believe is the owner, happened to be in the store that day, and she is fantastic. She is upbeat, knows just what to bring you, and can really help a woman with a hard to fit figure. Mollly was also amazing as a fitter. Zovo has all cup sizes in the most beautiful styles of bras. Their panties are adorable. And for all you Housewives of Orange County fans, Zovo also stocks some of the sex toys the Housewives were fussing over on one of their shows!!! What a great lingerie store in Seattle....now we just need you to expand to the Bay Area!
