Based on Yelp reviews and location I used Zoom IT to repair a home pc with a problem well beyond my capability. Jeremy solved the problem and went out of his way to provide additional help with related PC needs.  He is very professional, trustworthy and competent.  He communicates well and was quick with his work and punctual and flexible in meetings to transfer the PC.  I would gladly use him any time.

Zoom IT, AKA Jeremy Ambrose is the MIRACAL worker of IT and Computers!  He brought my lifeless piece of junk back to life and then some!  I can honestly say my computer didn't even run this well the day I took it out of the box!  With one phone call I received stellar customer service, someone easy to talk to (not all of us speak like Bill Gates) and best of all - FAST and AFFORDABLE solutions to my computer nightmare!  He definitely knows how to bring a computer back from the grave and keep it thriving!

Take it from someone who lives and dies by their computer!   Without my computer my Virtual Assistant Company (www.virtualgtg.com) would be dead in the water.  I definitely plan to make Zoom IT my tech support company for my own business and I recommend anyone out there to do the same!

I had a wonderful experience with Zoom I.T. (aka, Jeremy Ambrose).  Jeremy was very responsive, agreed to meet at a location convenient to me within a matter of hours, and did a quick and free diagnosis on the spot.  He has invested in a nice tool that allows him to very quickly test all of the systems in your computer and then let you know right away what issues might need fixing.  This will save you a ton of time!  He was thorough, responsive, and knowledgeable, and I would definitely use his services again.  He also went beyond the call of duty and dispensed a lot of free advice on how to improve the performance of my computer, taking the time to show me how to install some parts myself if I ever needed to do so. If you need someone smart, reliable, and with a lot of integrity, definitely use his services.  It was refreshing to work with someone so helpful.

Jeremy Ambrose of Zoom IT (phonetically it's pronounced "zoom eye tea")  has been a consultant for our retreat center, Stillheart  www.stillheart.net, for the past two years, though he serves both small businesses and individual home users as well.  His knowledge of PCs and networking is vast and the best part about it is that he's more than willing to teach you all that he knows, and educating you as the consumer is also as important as resolving whatever issue you have.  He is efficient (quick, never bills more hours than anticipated), hardworking, his pricing is standard and not exorbitant (you certainly get more for your money  working with Jeremy than dealing with places like Geek Squad or Fry's Electronics), and he has great integrity and honesty (which can be hard to find with this specific service considering any ol' dude can say he's a computer tech on Craig's List).  Jeremy has always resolved an issue he has sought to fix, always explained in easy to understand terms the extent of his work, and never has undertaken a task he is unequipped to do.  The awesome thing about this service is that they actually refer you to people and services if they are unable to handle a task for whatever reason (and our network and resources have been greatly strengthened because of this!).  Really, you can't miss with Zoom IT! Thanks Jeremy!
