I wish I'd taken pictures! Jeremy came out this morning and did an amazing job. He was prompt, courteous, knowledgeable and did such a great job. I love the Zerorez method but the people really make them the best.

Don't use this company for pet odor...complete rip off! They get you booked at a low price then the tech said there were 6 stains he could spot remove and said it definitely would remove the pet odor. $600 later I come back to the house and it smelled worse than before. They did offer to redo but this was a move out clean so in the end my landlord will be charging me again for carpet cleaning out of my deposit.

No complaints using Zerorez this afternoon. Booked with ease using their website where they want you to be specific with what types of areas you want cleaned. Our tech gave us a call when he was on his way and showed up right at the beginning of our clean window which was really appreciated! We went around the areas to be cleaned with a black light and talked about a few options to spot clean where needed. He was in and out of 3 bedrooms, a hallway and a stair set after about an hour and forty five minutes. $386 total with two areas of spot cleaning ($65 each) and rooms/stairs with landing. The tech was very kind and thorough. Will use again in the future!

They did not remove the carpet stains as they said they could. Returned to repeat spot clean for an extra 300.00. The spots were not remove Would not recommend

So disappointed. I spent $568 to clean ONE bedroom. Actually I'm horrified. With tip, I dropped nearly $600 on the most aggressive cleaning package because we have a dog. The guy said he used some special "drops," at $50/each and which would address any pet stains/odor. Three days later and the carpet smells as bad as it ever did, if not worse. Complete waste of time and money. I lgot robbed. I could have paid around $125 for a regular cleaning with the same result, or maybe even better. Our pet has not been allowed to go in that room at all so there are definitely no new or fresh stains. I'm astounded that they can charge this much and provide zero positive results. Zerorez should be called Zerorezults. The guy that came was certainly nice enough but man we got taken for a ride.

I sent pictures of my carpet after the first cleaning experience and Zerorez came back and re-did the service. Drastic improvement. Waiting for the carpets to dry, but did change my rating for they did honor their service warranty. Thank you Zerorez.

I had a good experience with Zerorez. Scheduled online a couple days in advance and the team showed up early on the day of the appointment. They got out the pet stains and discoloration from my carpet with just the basic treatment (I declined the upsell for protector). Carpets look great. The cleaning crew was very courteous and wore booties and protected the floors en route to the carpet, as well as my wall corners. Thank you!

Could really tell, the carpets got clean. My commercial grade light gray carpet hides a lot of dirt. Everything went well except last room they left a spot that was real dirty, like they ran out of cleaner or something but I would use them again.

We had Zerorez come in Dec 2022 to clean our carpet due to a few pet stains. Went with the most comprehensive package to thoroughly have them cleaned and prevent future issues. The carpets didn't feel really clean and thought one more cleaning would address that issue. They just came back out and cleaned again and we added on the pet protection. This time we purchased a black light. Now that the carpets are clean - we looked and can see the exact same spots they pointed out in Dec. Their marketing is false and unethical.
