They did a decent job on my cloth couch. It's a bit expensive compared to other carpet cleaning services i've used but they do come on time. Would I use them again? Hmm, depends if i'm on a rush and need someone right away. I think they could have done a more thorough job that's all.

Zero Rez = Zero Satisfaction   This company has cleaned my carpets for 4 years. The service is sub standard, the prices are high and their over-use of water without properly extracting the excess, warped the wood beneath the carpet. My upstairs flooring now squeaks whenever we walk. I called them about the problem and they totally denied that their lack of proper care could have caused this.  I have had a skilled contractor tell me otherwise... Buyer beware...

    ZEROREZ GAVE ME ZERO PROBLEMS!
(Get it?  See how I used their name in my review!  Zing!  Thank you and be sure to tip your wait staff on the way out!)

I'm impressed!!  I was scheduled for a couch cleaning at a 2-4pm window which waiting around always sucks BUT at 1pm, I got a call from Derek who said he was done early and if I minded if he came early!  Talk about AWESOME!

He got to my place and went right to work!  It was like he was a superhero!  He swooped in, cleaned my couch, and then swooped right out!  He was very fast, efficient and did an AMAZING job!  My couch looks BRAND NEW and if you have dogs (which I have 2), you know that your couch can end up with hair and stains all over but Derek made my couch look like I just bought it from the store!  Thanks so much Derek for "saving the day!"

I was so excited to finally have the carpets in my home cleaned. I had heard people's stories about the stains retuning after they were cleaned, so I decided to go with zerorez. They were prompt, friendly, courteous, and professional. My stairs are amazing clean, but there are still places where you can see the stains remained. I called and asked if they could come back out, but was told it was traffic pattern. OK I get it. In another room you can still see a coffee stain, and in another room the orange baby vomit. I realize they are not magicians though. I called again and asked if they could give it one more try and they came early the next day. They cleaned two of the three spots again and I am now satisfied that they are clean and spots are there because of wear, not dirt. I think I will ask they back to clean the upstairs and the couches.

After hearing and hearing the zerorez commercials on the radio, I finally had to write my review. The commercial states so many positive things that I tried them...it was quite a while back actually....but, every time I hear those commercials it makes me wince. We had a horrible experience with them. We have quite a large house and we had every carpeted room done...from the time they got out of their truck until the time I paid them and they left it only took them about 30-45 mins. Now you first might think, "wow that's fabulous they are so thorough and fast!!! But it was actually the opposite, they only took that long to do the whole thing because they rushed through the whole thing. The house smelled dirty and even after it dried it looked the same way as it did before...and was just horrible. We called and they came back out in a few hours to touch up a bit, but it didn't make a difference at all....it was still a total rush job. I was so disappointed! I wanted so much to love them. They were the first company in San Diego to come out to clean the carpets in my brand new house...and I was excited to try them out. Boy I wish my carpet cleaners from Orange County could drive this far down because I'm still looking for our future carpet cleaning company.

Such a rip off, not at all worth it!!!!

Clean Quick & Easy!! Just had the guys from zerorez over - they were on time, polite and careful with our things. We have 2 big dogs, 3 cats & two kids so you can imagine the challenge! I think the carpets look better than with any other company I have used. Price was slightly higher than the rest, but you get what you pay for.

The carpets in our house looked brand new when we moved in thanks to the OCD first owner.  My daughter, now four, used and abused our carpet with her wide assortment of weapons available in her arsenal.  Among her favorites weapon of choice, fresh blueberries, spaghetti sauce, play-dough, orange juice, and my least favorite, soy sauce.  Never mind the hidden treasures we found under the couch.  Through her 4 years of ruckus, enough to put any fraternity or sorority parties to shame, she left her marks (literally) in all the rooms in the house.

Of course my wife and I did our best to shoot the carpet up with Resolve, Oxyclean, and etc, etc.  We also called in many reputable carpet/cleaning outfits Stanley Steemer, Chem-Dry, among others through the last four years. Through reasonable priced, we were left with heavy/intoxicating fume for at least a week, wet carpet for at least 3 days, and this sticky residues on our carpet.  Let's not talk bout the stains that were left behind after they napalm it with their special "cleaner" that cost an arm and a leg a shot.  Not cool at all, it will cost me more even though their state of the art machine couldn't pick up simple stains like orange juice.  The reason was that it was soaked in for way too long and there's nothing they can do about it.

So with baby number 2 coming, we figured we needed to get our carpet clean one last time prior to #2.  We asked our friends to see if they recommend anyone but it seems like everyone seems to have the same problem, this soaping/chemical smell for a few days and wet carpet.   A friend of ours recommends Zerorez, we through to ourselves, oh great, another gimmick, just what we need, fat bill and low quality results.  We made the appointment anyways since our good friends swears by them.

Along come this big truck up the hill, parked in front of my drive way, first thought, what's the guy delivering, usually don't they come in these little vans?  To my pleasant surprise, they carry their own water.  Unlike the other outfits, Zerorez didn't have to hook up their hose and use the expensive water we pay our city for, they apparently used this patented pH enhanced water in their 500 gallon tank inside the truck.  I did what all eco-conscious homeowner would do... "what about the dirty water, are you guys going to put a line out on my lawn and let it go down the storm drain?"  "Nope, we got our own dirty/used water tank".  Very cool I said... "please continue......"  Enough babbling, service was great, they took their time surveying our house, walked through all areas, took notes on the type of carpet, the amount of stain.  They were not busy measuring how big the rooms are or drumming up how much extra it may cost, or busy giving you disclaimers as to "Oh.. I want to let you know that we can't guarantee that the stain will come out" Simply, we will try out best.

Most of the outfits we used took about an hour and half and then got out of their as soon as they deemed finished.  These guys, they took their time, went over the carpet a few times instead of a one time run, and they took out the stains left behind by 2 other reputable cleaners.  I watched my carpet went from dirt to clean when they did a side by side comparison for me.  No soapy smell  woh! Is that possible?

Remember how I told you guys that they took their time?  We liked the results so much that we asked them to clean our air duct and our grout.  They stayed from 11:30 to 4:30 pm.  No extra charge for extra time.  There was no sense of urgency to just get out of there, but the feeling I got was that they are proud of their work and have pride in what they do so they took their time.  They never took a break, was working the whole time.  We felt some bad because they were just cranking away on everything.

Professional, courteous, on time, hardworking, real results!  Not to mention that our carpet is already dry.  Will definitely use again and recommend to our friends.  Put them in a head to head competition with others... hands down, Zerorez is my choice. House is now ready for our toddler and soon new born to destroy!
