They have a HUGE collection of beers from all over the country and the bartenders are well versed in my favorite language: the language of you guessed it, BEER!
And every single beer is just $4. Although that's not a great price for a Bud Light, don't come here for a Bud light! Come here for a New Castle or a Moretti or an I've-never-heard-of-this-one.
If you don't like beer, no worries! They have beer for non-beer drinkers! I love beer so I think those are icky but I had one that was like a carbonated jolly rancher and my girlfriends loved it.
Just remember it's cash only and if you wanna get a seat, you have to be like a lion on its prey and spring for the first one to open up.
4 dollar beers. Oh yeah, any beer from any place 4 dollars. How can you complain about that? They have everything form Colombia's Aguila to Italy's Morreti, to Turkey's Efe (which sucks but can't blame you if you're curious). Its ideal for beer lovers. You can sample all of your favorites and even explore some exotic options. It's good, clean, drunk, fun.
The bar area is small, but they have great outdoor seating in the front where you can relax with your friends.
The only issue with this place is that it gets pretty packed. The problem is that since the bar is small so it's tough to squeeze in for a beer when you are outside. The number of people also makes it hard to find a seat outside. But don't fret, (do people still fret?) Just make sure you get there a little earlier and buy two beers at a time. That way you can get a nice spot and save yourself that extra trip(s).
Zekes is the best. If you don't want to freeze in the AC, you can sit outside and people watch while choosing from a heap of beers for only $4. Tho i remember when it was $3.
The only grip i would have, is if you accidently forget your drivers licence, their not forgiving. You can NOT get a drink without a drivers licence even if you 80 years old. ha ha
The only bar on Link that you can relax and get a buzz without losing your wallet! Great selection of beer at $4. The owner is great, and she is definitely not a sell out to all the tshirt places that are just around the corner. Just watch out for the bird crap if you sit out side.
Service is none existent, you basically need to get up, go inside the place to get your beer. They could turn the place into a Walgreen's and the service would be better. Nice beer selection, just need to change the management and staff.
I'm going to knock off a star since the prices went up to $4. And what you get is a little plastic cup, not a proper pint, so really you're paying the same per ounce as any other $6 beer on the block.

Best place to chill and people watch on Lincoln Road, while enjoying a Purple Haze or Chocolate… Read more »
No frills $4 beers from all over the world with cute bartenders who would allow you to sample the beers on tap before you decide. Is that not enough reason to come to Zeke's??? :)
I've been here about thrice now...and each time, hot, cute and probably gay and very nice bartender is patient as I deliberate which beer I want from the beer wall of fame behind him...and I hand him a $5 (maybe $6 if he's really cute and sweet) and I'm out to laugh/gawk/stare at the people who walk by on Lincoln Rd!
I love how laid back and chill this place is amongst the euro-trash shops and snobby dining places on Lincoln Rd. It's a breathe of fresh air...inside, until you sit and inhale second-hand smoke with fellow beer-drinkers outside! :)
Tip-bits:
They check ID as you go in...and then each time you go in for more beers.
Expired IDs don't count
$4 beers
No 18% gratuity, so tip the bartenders well!
Zeke's has Abita, Abita (Amber, Purple Haze, Turbodog...the trifecta!) is my absolute favorite beer, therefore Zekes is one of my favorite places on Lincoln Rd (like what I did there?..yeah yeah!)
No, seriously now...this place is one of the coolest bars on SoBe. With all those upscale bars and restaurants surrounding it, and all the Miami Beach glamour, its absolutely refreshing to find a place like this there! You cant go wrong with $4 beers, the people-watching is some of the best (I'm a fan!), and the music is pretty cool. The only thing that's a bit bleh is the owner lady, she can be a little overbearing...BUT, good thing is the staff is fully aware of this and will do anything in their power to assuage the situation...and they also happen to know a thing or two about beer, so if you're in the mood for something new, dont hesitate to ask them...they have yet to dissapoint me! If you are feeling like just kicking back one night and catching up with the gang, without having to dress up and spend ridiculous amounts of money, this is the place you want to check out.
This is a cool place. The beers used to be $3 and the owner used to be there all the time and she was amazng at picking beers I'd never tried before for me, but recently I've been there and they upped the beer prices and I haven't seen the owner : ( oh well, it's still a great place to take a break (if you can find a spot to sit) and enjoy a beer you've probably never tried before- or even one you always get. It's definitely worth checking out.
Pro: best people watch, cheapest beer in sobe.
Cons: cannot bring food to eat at table, cash only, no 100 bills, food sux.
But hey, where else would you pay for a nice fine beer for so cheap.
I used to drink myself away for $3 a beer here. Cheapest bar in all Miami beach. And with the best people watching spot.
Although they hiked the price to $4 still the best.
They have all types of beer so if you are in the get-drunk-fast mood, just drink the ones with the most alcohol, if you know which are those.
The bartenders are not too helpful there. At least nowadays. I asked him once for a Belgium beer (Lefe). He didn't have a clue. He was also in a bad mood. Bad seller. Screw him. They had nicer bartenders before.
There was a nice girl there before, I wonder what happened to her.
Anyways this is the way to go here:
- go at 8pm, look for a table quickly and ask your friend get some brewskies. Cash only, whatever.
- stay there for a long time maybe 10 or more.
- then go to a club when you are already drunk.
Cause you know a lot of locals can waste $10 a drink on mansion every weekend.
Bring it down to $3 again and change the bartender!
Zeke's at last we met! After hearing so many good things about you and passing by you, I FINALLY got to sample your wide selection of beer on Saturday at the South Beach Pub Crawl UYE.
Sadly, we didn't make it to The Abbey, but we did join the group at Zeke's. All beers, bottled and on tap, are $4. AWESOME!! We sat outside and bullsh*&ted and drank our way through the evening. It was muggy outside so Florence and I went inside and sat down for a while. They have these little log seats towards the back next to the bathroom that are really cute and unique.
The bartenders were all very nice and helpful. I asked for an IPA, any one, and the bartender made a great choice.
All in all, great company, great beer, and great atmosphere (very relaxed). What more can you ask for?
Given that you had a sufficiently eccentric uncle who decided to convert a small hallway within his home and use it to serve a wide selection of beers from around the world, all for just $4, some cheap wine, the odd hot dog or bowl of popcorn, well then, you'd have no need for Zeke's. While I really enjoy this place, and the prices and atmosphere are unheard of for the area, the inside can be claustrophobic, and so visits are generally limited to small groups and weather good enough to allow for outdoor seating.
P.S. The owner has a propensity to play off the wall movies.
Bring cash! Every beer as of now is 4 dollars.
This place is simple. Beer only. I enjoy going here because there is plenty of outdoor seating and it is the cheapest place on Lincoln road to have a few beers and people watch.
There is never a line here, the bartenders are fast and good; you never wait long for a beer. Note though there is no wait staff. Any time you want a drink you have to go up to the bar.
If it is raining the inside seating is rather limited and the space is small. A few bar stools and a couch in the back. I think I would avoid the place till the weather cleared.
I came here tonight with a friend, and what cool little hole in the wall spot with an amazing selection of beers. They have all kinds of beers in bottles, and a few on tap. I tried the stout on tap, amazing. I also tried an indian beer called Taj Majal, was ok. The price is unbeatable at 4 dollars per beer.
I wasn't a big fan of the fact that it is cash only. So if you're going to pass by whip out the ATM card and get moola.
Awesome beer selection... Awesome prices. Zekes shines as a non-pretentious oasis on Lincoln Rd.
Zeke's is great.
$4 for any beer and they have 100s to choose from.
Great people watching, obviously, as it's on Lincoln Road.
If you want good beer, you could also go to Abraxis, The Room, The Abbey, or Hofbrau Munchen, but beers at these places aren't $4 and there's a decidedly different atmosphere.
Lots of outside seating, tiny bar inside.
One star off for raising the price from $3 to $4. Oh well.
OH YEAH, bring your ID. And CASH.
Coolest Bar in South Beach! This little gem is the best place to go on Lincoln Rd. With $4 beers, thats right four bucks!, and awesome at that. This is not your miller light on tap kinda bar. They have everything from Jamaican, to Belgian to Japanese beers. If you have an obscure micro-brew that you absolutely love, I bet Zekes will have it.
It might be hard to find enough seating outside if you are with a large group, stealing chairs isnt always easy, but other than that this place is AWESOME!
A "have to go" when in MIami!
Had a great time at Zeke's on a Saturday night. I loved sitting outside and the people watching is great, especially when there is $4 beer. There's a great variety of beer, so everyone can find find what they like. This was my first time at the Lincoln Rd mall, so having an inexpensive place to drink and take it all in, was a real treat. I would recommend Zeke's to anyone.
Everybody loves Zeke's! Best damn place in Miami.
Delicious beers for $4? Pfft! I'm there...
I recommend getting there early to get a table outside or a nice spot in the bar before it gets packed... because it will... get packed, that is.
Send your main wingman down to Pizza Rustica and grab some slices (making sure they slice the slice into 4 or 6 little slices) while you hold the table... all of a sudden... BAM!.. planets align... and magical ish happens... and then you're happy and finally can relax and have a great night. Talk to the people around you or if you're smart like me you bring cards and a mini-connect four or any other devices to pass the time drinking, eating, and best of all chilling.
Gotta love Zeke's if you love beer!
Come on a weekend with a group of friends and cash in hand, grab a table (if you can!), sit, laugh, relax, people watch....and enjoy the PLETHORA of $4 beers!
It really can't get any better than this ON Lincoln Road :)
I love Zeke's!! When you want a beer ON Lincoln Road and you want to pay just $4.00 for it, this is the only place to go. If you get a table outside you can just sit here and chill with some beers. A plus is you get to do all the fun people watching while you down those beers. Make sure you bring cash and don't let them catch you eating food from other places on their tables.
Not much more to add, just giving my thumbs up.
Diamond in the rough.
Oh, Zeke's...how I miss you **sob sigh**!
I am pouring one out in your honor.
This place was one of the best things about living in Miami.
It had all the right ingredients:
Cheap, dang good beers from all around the world (check)
Cash only--helps keep the costs down (check)
Plenty of outdoor seating and, as such, an ideal people-watching location on Lincoln Rd. (check)
Dude with a white rooster (check)
Tips:
Bring cash
Bring your I.D.
Get there early to snag a table--there is only minimal bar seating on the inside
Don't bring food from other places--why would you need to? There's tasty stale popcorn to nibble on!
And most importantly: don't drink Bud Light or Corona! Be adventurous! It will only cost you $4!!!
You just can't beat a huge selection of beer all for only $4!
If you've never been, keep your eyes open for it is a hole in the wall. No food...just popcorn. And, as an added bonus, this is a prime spot for people watching!
$4, 230 beers to choose from, free tastings from the tap.
My friend and I had non stop Sam Adams Cherry Wheat. yummm. good attention from bartenders...small place, reminiscent of a college bar in the middle of the tourist sea. We enjoyed talkin to the people behind the bar and our beer. Sat near the entrance and could people watch outside. Cheap and good.
Cash bar.
Lots of beer (some bottles are a bit stale though).
Spaten Optimator on tap.
Everything used to be $3 but they jacked the price to $4.
Still, one of the better places to drink in Miami, as you should know that a typical drink in Miami runs you close to $12 (and beer around $8-10), which is absurd even in New York.
I'd give it a 3.5, as I agree with the guy who said it was "OK in its hey-day."
I've been going to Zeke's for years; there are a few tips you need to keep in mind, bottles are $4, draft is $3, everyone gets ID'd (EVERYONE) they now have a bouncer at the door who does everyone going in but will request anyone elses who is at your table. Its a bit of a pain but they are fanatic about IDing. It closes too early before 1a, and is only open W-Su I think.
So, here's the thing. I don't frequent Zeke's as often as I should, cause whenever I'm strolling along Lincoln Road, I kinda forget it's there. Oops!
I met up with some friends here the other night, and I was amazed at how packed the place was! Well, it was a gorgeous winter night, so I guess I wasn't that shocked. But anyway, we had to stalk people to get some chairs to sit at our friends' table. And it only got busier as the night wore on.
But really, $4 beers?! You can't go wrong (even if they did go up a buck). While they do require 1 ID per beer, you can send your friends in with your ID and they can bring you back a cold one.
$4 beers!!!!!!! Seriously, that could be my positive review right there. That says it all.
I did have a friend once point out to me that the beer selection isn't AMAZING, but then I reminded her that 1) we were in Miami, and beer just isn't celebrated here (we are both beer snobs--most people would consider this a great selection, fyi) and 2) IT WAS $4. She quickly conceded.
Great place to just sit and people watch in a prime Lincoln Road spot while throwing back a beer. And while they don't have liquor, they do have wine to satisfy your non-beer-drinking friends.
My only negative comment? The beers used to be $3. Damn recession.
Simply fabulous. Cheap drinks in South Beach are unheard of, so imagine my shock when my friend's took me here.
180 beers from all over for $4. That's right $4.
The staff was really nice, very knowledgeable. It's located on Lincoln road so you can sit outside and people watch without busting your budget.
I will definitely be back on my next trip!!!
200 beers, $4 each. 'Nough said.
Hey Hey, I am ceeing 5 star ratings by family and friends.
Ok in this hey day. I Think they have to ba able to serivce both side of the track. Lets get real. Bad Economy, You gotta lower your prices in order to compete with those who can. Perty will surely get your loose ends if you dont dont tighten up.
Kay, so there's typos and maybe I am wrong. Maybe only 99% of the US is in a hole, but the 1% thats your target. Man, whats a guy gotta do to get some love in his own city. Quick clip- lower the beer, it' hops, not a bottle of Chateau Mouton Rothschild from 1970. Come on guys keep it real.
Bring cash and bring friends.
This is $3/beer bastion of good times is a year round, al fresco, beer garden right on Lincoln Road. The only thing better than the prices might be the selection as there is a big variety of flavors, microbrews, and int'l lagers to keep everyone Hopsfully Happy.
There is no ATM on premises so you might have to walk to Rustica, the upside is that cheap beer goes perfectly with cheap pizza. And this is an especially perfect marriage as Zekes offers no food.
This is the SoBe bar for those feeling down about SoBe prices.
If you're reading this page, you've probably already decided to check the place out. So while you already know the pros ($3 beers, big variety, laid back atmosphere), here are some tips to have a successful outing at Zeke's:
1. Hit up the ATM beforehand. No credit cards are accepted.
2. If you're buying your friends a round of drinks, make sure you have everyone's ID. They'll only sell you one beer per ID and there's no excuse in the world that can get you out of that.
3. Have a designated table-finder. This place gets packed and outside/inside seating is a quite a mission. Get one of your friends to stay behind (and give you their ID so you can buy their drink) and round up chairs as as people leave. Congratulate them with an unusual beer from Africa or something.
This is my absolute scene. After finding out what I missed the last time in Miami I had to check it out. The beer selection is awesome and of course a $4 drink in Sobe is amazing. I was there with a non-beer drinker so I didn't get to drink my fair share, however, I cannot wait to return here!
Bring your ID!!! It's your plastic ticket to a $3 beer from places you've never been. My first drink here on the regular is always the Double Chocolate draft, a bit of chocolate for sweet and a dash of coffee to give a kick start to the rest of the night.
If you want to grab a seat... good luck.
If your friend wakes you from a beer acoma it is ok to lift him in the air and suplex him onto some of the plastic furniture... the security guard laughed and shook his head at me.
Had to write a note for Zeke's because every other review said "wow $3 beers" OMG and they didn't give them full marks.
Zeke's should not exist. It's too perfect. In general the bars and restaurants of South Florida have incredibly poor beer selections... Zeke's goes a little way towards correcting that with a nice selection of microbrews and UK/Euro beers all at a price that makes you shocked that the hard to find bar RIGHT ON LINCOLN is not packed every night (if you go at happy hour, you'll be the only person there).
Yes, its cash only, and yes they don't have food. It's a beer bar, and a perfect one.
Whoops, as of now the beers are suddenly and truly expensive... $4.00 Still the only stellar deal on LR.
4$ now...
like always, great selection of bottled beers, few good on tap and good service.
lagunitas ipa is what i always get!
bring your ID kid

lots and lots of bottled beers for 3$. best price at the beach. cash only. bring your id.
A small bar located on Lincoln Road (closer to the east end) which serves only beer and wine. The beer selection is incredible. 100s of choices. At $3 a beer, you really can't go wrong. They had Shiner Bock (a very local Texas Beer) and a few Northern California brands as well.
The actual bar inside is skinny and long. But Zeke's boasts a large outdoor seating area right on Lincoln road. People watching galore! It's probably the only low-key place to grab a drink on Lincoln. Think more like Ted's Hideaway with cleaner everything, outside and better prices.
Though I am not a beer drinking, I do enjoy a brew once in a while.
I like Zeke's b/c the BF enjoys beers from around the world and Lincoln Road is a great place for people and dog watch.
Just know that that if you don't where Zeke's is, you'll miss it. The sign is really small and the bar itself looks like a hallway.
And it is true, $3 for any beer BUT cash only!!!
