I needed a business card for my daugter as a present on kind of a short notice - one week to be exact. So I called the Z-print. Someone over the phone assured me, they will take care of my request and said, they do box of cards for $100. I had a hard time to understand to the guy, how exactly he would design my daughters cards, but I explained to him, it will have to be done from the scratch. He said that the price for design like that is not more than additional $50. So I went whole nine yards, collected all the information I needed, emails, phones, faxes and wrote that in email to him with a light speciffication of how would I like the colors and graphics to be. First two days I did not receive nothing back, I had to call again, to make them follow up on my request. Fourth (!) day in the afternoon I received an email from them, taht they will not be able to do proof of the layout by email, before I pay for the whole job. I already had only three days to make it happened, so I agreed and left the cash in the store with some nice lady. She said she will give an invoice to me when I will pick up my cards. Also I had a privilege to sit there with her for about 40 minutes, while she was trying to pull that layout out, but it did not go well. Than I was about to give up on the whole thing already, take my money and try to find some other present quick. And I certainly should listen to my instincts. They not emailed anything to me even the next day, I did get back to the store in the afternoon, different employee refused to return my money with some lame excuses. Stupid me - I did not have any paperwork. I felt like being played with. We ended up having a loud argument over my $150, with the owner literally throwing the money at me in the end. Again - I did not appreciate that experience in any way. I wish this review will help others not to get burned as I did.
