Been coming here for 19 years. I LOVE this dry cleaner!! I only had one problem 18yrs ago with a blouse and the color having faded after cleaning, other than that, excellent dry cleaning. Clothes come back in perfect condition & expertly pressed. They do NOT make you sign 'waivers' for ornamented clothing like some cleaners do.
Staff is professional and has been there since before I came onto the scene. Expert tailoring and I only use Young's Tailors for that service.
Prices are fair for the quality and service. -

The dry cleaning may be good here I wouldn't know but the communication not so much.
I called to ask if they could hem some pants for me, she says "well the lady is going home", "so there is no way for me to get my pants hemmed today? I have an event to go to tonite?" "Oh a hem yeah we can do that." "great see you in about a half an hour...click"
I drive from Malibu across Decker Canyon to Westlake Village and walk in. I ask to get my pants hemmed and they pin them. I walk out of the dressing room and hand them over when they say, "ok come back Thursday", mind you it is Saturday and I need them done for a party that night, they offer to do a hand stitch (add star), oh how much is that, same price and you can come back to get them done with the machine, really? and you will just charge me the same price again, now it will cost twice as much??(subtract star) Not gonna do it I can hand sew this thing, why did I drive 30 minutes to come here for this??? -

After being scarred for life by Doan'sTailor (please see previous review) I showed up on the doorstep of Young's, begging for deliverance. By this point, fixing the straps wasn't going to cut it-it needed to be pressed as well.
We reported to Young's at 11am on a Saturday, and there were people both in front of us and behind us. Not looking good. When my bf's mother explained the situation (the dress has no straps and looks like it's been run over by a car) the woman working there indicated that the seamstress, out in full view, was only there until noon. We asked if we could pick it up at 1 (we needed to leave at 2) and she said she couldn't guaratee that.
Needless to say, she called half an hour later and the dress was ready to wear-straps on and ready for action. Thank you, thank you, thank you, Young's!
