If your looking for a top of the line facial don't hesitate. We were staying up at the Tulalip Casino and their spa was booked full so I read the reviews and decided to give this spa a try. So glad I did. Face is glowing and I also bought some of the skincare. I got microdermabrasion, cryo facial which tightens and the facial massage is great! The prices are exceptionally reasonable. Highly recommend,

I came here after purchasing the Groupon for the massage, facial and foot scrub. I was skeptical because of how little I paid, but ended up being pleasantly surprised!

The massage was excellent. The only criticism I could give is that it would be nice if they used a heated eye pillow for when the client is on their back. It's an extra touch that makes the difference between a 4 Star spa experience and a 5 Star.

Facial-I really enjoyed my facial, though I didn't realize there wouldn't be extractions. Though for the discounted price of the groupon, I can't really complain that she didn't do more! Pores noticeably smaller after.

I learned from other reviews that it's tricky to make an appointment by phone. No one answers the phone, and It was a few days after I
left a message that I was prompted by text to make an appointment. So customer service has room for improvement. I would definitely go back, but I'd probably go elsewhere if I was looking to get a massage in a hurry.

Wow.. I have had facials before, but this one I have to say was possibly the most bang for my buck out there. I'm 33 and I do a regular facial every month in lake Stevens..this lady was half their price and did twice as much..I had a microdermabrasion facial, never had one before... the results are uncanny.. If results are what your looking for, try this facial here.

I came here looking for a closer to home place to get my facials done.... let me just start off with, she (debbie) wears flip flops.

i got my groupon for 3 facials, i got one done and i'll never go back. it's not even worth it.
She rescheduled my appointment twice, because she was going out of town and she couldn't make it. second of all I went in there for a facial for the little bit of acne I have and she scrubs it so hard it actually broke open my skin and they gave me scabs my face look burnt for a week.

she didn't make me feel comfortable at all. she walked out of the room 5 times everytime she did i was more relieved when she left the room because she wasn't hurting my face anymore, or i wasn't listening to her flip flops as she was walking around the room for god knows what.

when i was leaving she asked me if i wanted to reschedule now like i enjoyed the service or something. silly lady. it was totally the worst experience i've ever had.

A pleasant surprise :) I purchased a Groupon to Younger Images, and must admit I was a little skeptical when I saw the building, as it looked dilapidated and even empty. I was greeted by Debbie who was courteous and friendly! My facial was amazing! I even received a foot massage which was unexpected. Soo relaxing!
I booked my next appointment with Debbie and cant wait :)

I had a great experience with my massage, facial, and foot scrub. I felt so pampered and felt like a whole new person afterwards. The Cloud 9 is appropriately named and I can't wait until my next appointment! Debbie is wonderful.

I had a really hard time trying to get ahold of anyone when first trying to purchase gift certificates for Christmas. Left message regarding a few questions I had. And then when I showed up at 5:30p after work (they close at 6pm) to buy the certificates, no one answered. I finally was able to end up purchasing the gift certificates. I had also bought myself a spa package of a foot scrub/body massage/facial. I tried to schedule it on a week day that I knew I had off from work, because I figured it would be easier to get an appointment than on a busy Saturday. I probably left at least 4 messages in 3 weeks and had not received any calls back by that time my day off had passed. I had given up on scheduling an appointment, when I finally received a call back to set an appointment time. When I went in for the appointment it was okay. I've only had deep tissue massages before, so her massage still felt nice, just not what I was used to. The foot scrub seemed quick, and the facial felt really nice. She used essential oils which I am a huge fan of during the massage. The room that the massage took place in wasn't anything fancy, the lights were dim for a calming effect but it looked like maybe an old dentist office. Also there were stains on the ceiling, which when you are lying on your back for a majority of the time, that's all you notice. The price for the three services was good, but I probably wont be back for another service, mainly due to the lack of business communication.

Had a massage and facial today! Wonderful! Lovely atmosphere, relaxing vibe and great value. As someone who gets frequent facials, i can say that i will definatley come back for more. It was all around a great expierence!

(I'm posting on my husband's account because I'm too lazy to make my own) I had a massage and facial combo here. Wow! It was great! I've had several facials elsewhere but this is definitely THE PLACE TO GO!

What a wonderful treat--an hour long massage and another hour long facial. The massage was terrific, but that facial was out-of-this-world wonderful. Microdermabrasion, followed by a face-lifting facial massage, and topped off with light therapy with wonderful smelling, feeling cream. It doesn't get any better than this. Debby is the greatest!
