I've gone here a couple times and each time they give less and less vegetables and more and more rice. We have had three bad experiences and will not be returning. First, my boyfriend requested no onions due to allergy. The cook then preceded to leave the onions out of his vegetable and then forgot and mixed them in with his chicken. After pointing this out he only replied that he was sorry and asked if anyone at the table wanted extra chicken. I replied that I would take it if they were going to throw it away. the cook then left and never remade any food for my boyfriend who only got rice and vegetables at that point. When our bill came they charged us for the chicken. I protested because he did not get his chicken. They then said since they gave it to me they still had to charge him. The cook offered the chicken to anyone at the table. I had not touched the chicken and said they could have it back. I had to argue at length with the manager to so we would not have to pay for something we didn't order and the food my boyfriend never received. Secondly, we went for the early-bird special as advertised and they tried to charge us full price b/c by the time they cooked the food it was past time however we ordered within the time limit. Once again I had to argue with the manager. Tonight they charged an 18% gratuity to my bill because there were 8 people at my table. There are 8 people at every table. They were not with me. My boyfriend and I were a party of two. I barely caught the charge before I tipped the waiter. I went to the manager to complain. she tried to tell me I was included in a party of 8. I didn't even know all the people at my table and we were not together so a gratuity should not have been added to my bill. This restaurant will try to overcharge at every point. I will not be going back.

Ummm well not for sushi!!! If you go into a japanese hibachi steak house for sushi you're asking for a whole lot of trouble lol. Jk. But seriously they do steaks... Came here because it is the new place in town. It's a really nice atmosphere and I gave them stars for that alone and probably because their hibachi is good. If you want hibachi table type dining this is a nice choice, but don't order the sushi...

This is an excellent place to bring children or teens on a birthday they have a little 'ceremony' thing that's quite cute. Make reservations or call-ahead seating because the place is packed full from the time they open til when they close and while there's a wee sushi bar inside and a small lounge area they both fill up very fast. The chefs put on quite the show for everyone (some more than others) but for the most part the food is well prepared and its well worth a try.
