The studio has the same name, and the same owner, but a brand new look. The new space on Montague is beautifully done, modern and sleek, and comfortable and inviting. The classes are a mix of anusara and vinyasa with a smattering of pre-natal and restorative to round it out.
In addition they also run great beginner intensives, and other workshops.
The studio is associated with spa on the same floor that offers massage and facials. (http://www.zensoulspa.com)

I had a great experience. The evening classes were not too crowded and the teacher Jennifer, was a great balance of kind and firm. I would prefer less noise in the waiting room during classes but the classes themselves were great.

Definitely not a fan... I've only been to the vinyasa classes, but they're always really over-crowded and at pretty inconvenient times. It appears that they've opened a new location on Montague - I have only been to classes at the Remsen Street location. The old studio itself was pretty tiny, and it directly overlooked Remsen street so was constantly noisy. It's completely possible that the new Montague Street location does not suffer from these same drawbacks.
The classes themselves weren't bad necessarily, but on more than one occasion I was forced to participate in "group poses," which required me to contort my body and generally intertwine my limbs with the sweaty limbs of a random class-mate... I'd be hard-pressed to do this with a good friend, let alone a complete stranger. Despite my unwillingness to participate, the teacher wouldn't take no for an answer and I found the experience utterly icky.
When I go to a yoga class, I want to be able to enjoy the experience, take a step back from my daily life, and get myself centered. I found it pretty hard to do that here.

i unfortunately have to give this studio a low grade because of the basic yoga course taught on saturdays. the cliched judgemental yoga teacher is a beginner student's nightmare come true and enough reason to not return.
now, do i waste the rest of the 5 class card i bought, or go back to the inconvenient monday night classes at 8:15? donna lynn is a phenomenal teacher, but damn, 8:15??

I had an immediate negative reaction entering this studio which was unfortunately confirmed once in the class. It could be that Anusara yoga is the opposite of what I am looking for (and I am suspicious it draws control freak yoga teachers) but I really did not like this teacher and frankly wanted to walk out. Apparently anusar ais all about "pushing your boundaries "but I thought it was very irresponsible of the teacher to insist that I do poses stressing my hands and wrists against my express declaration that this would cause me pain. While I usually assess studios separately from the classes I take, I would not return to Yoga People based on this experience.
