For a journey to yoga heaven and back vist Betty Roi's heavenly Yoga Du Soleil Studio. The lovely designed space is enclosed by warm limestone walls, beautiful hindu dieties and surrounded by a lusciously gorgeous garden. As the sweat rolls down your nose the smell of datura flowers waft through the room. Betty has been teaching for over 20 years. Her expertise impeccably understands every little muscle in your body but also how to work it hard. you might feel inside out by the end but your body-mind-spirit will have reached another dimension!
