Great parking location for great prices - something like $3 for the first hour, plus $2/hr after that. Cheap enough to make it not worth the bother of circling around looking for parking.
They accept credit-card payment. However, the downside to this garage is that you have to pay in person at the window (no cruise-through credit card payment, and no automated payment-collecting machines like at 5th and Mission).

Car addiction is expensive.

I always park my car here when coming into the Mission. For the prices they charge, it's not worth leaving your car out in the street to have something happen to it. Security seems pretty good too.
Clean, big spaces, very professional and extremely courteous staff... I love it! I wish they were open later in the evening a couple of hours more EVERY night, but a minor price to pay.
After partying Saturday night, I got to the garage at around 2:30am and it was closed!!! My fault obviously, but if I'm going home at that time, I'm sure there are plenty of others too. Very minor issue. So, I had a $30 cab ride home that night. What eased the pain was the $15 overnight charge for my parking. Heck, I was probably going to pay around $10 at least for the amount of time my car was in the garage. An extra $5 for overnight is a total bargain.
Great garage. Use it.

I've parked here twice so far, and it was a lot less stressful than searching for a spot on the street. The prices are a little steep in my opinion, only about a dollar cheaper per hour than parking rates in Union Square, but that's what happens when there's a high demand for off-street parking. Ideally, I wouldn't drive at all, but for those times when I need to drive to the Mission, this garage is clean, has wide spaces, and takes credit cards.

For the lack of parking in the Mission, it's always nice to know there's a garage. Even though there's a 350 space here it gets full fast and last week we got in just in time. However what happens is it becomes a valet controlled operation at that point. If you're not comfortable with giving up your keys you might want to get here early. It still beats what people are doing out on Valencia there; parking in the middle of the street!

Always reliable parking during the day. In the afternoon, they usually close it because it gets full. Nonetheless, when I have my dental and eye appointments, it feels good not having to worry about the meter running out. The prices here aren't bad either, $2 the first hour is always better than getting a $40 ticket (or however much they cost these days).

M Konger and I parked here while visiting Medjool. It seems to be a popular parking garage in the area - i always thought there wasn't any parking garage in the 24th/Mission area - but i guess i was wrong. The parking garage is two levels - to get to the 1st level you have to approach from Bartlet Street. To get to the 2nd level you have to approach from a different side street. This was confusing. Still it beats trying to find parking on the street. You should approach from valencia instead of mission as they regulate access to the garage (1 car in / 1 car out). Prices are OK... remember the time shows first... this isn't NYC parking prices :-)

OK, as a monthly parker here I really have something of an axe to grind. We pay $150/month (it just went up) and sign an agreement that says we're licensed to park a car in the garage. Nowhere in the agreement does it say that we're not guaranteed a parking space.
But are we?
No.
No, some schmuck can drive over, pay $2, and take the spot I'm shelling out $150/month for. Basically, if I get home anywhere between the hours of say 7-9pm on any given night, I have to find street parking. WTF?! Maybe I'm whining. Maybe I expect too much. But seriously, what kind of crap is this? Why the hell should I pay for monthly parking if I can't get it?
Buh.
Aside from that ranting (and the fact that it closes at midnight every day but Friday/Saturday), it's pretty big, clean, reasonably well watched over, and as long as I'm careful about when I get home, a safe reliable parking space.
Oh, and it's a block from my house, which is pretty cool.
