Stopped here for lunch and it was delicious! It's been some time since we've had good BBQ. Portions were the perfect size and there is an option for everyone which is nice since some don't eat meat - it can cater to the whole family.
The waiter was very nice and service was fast. We will definitely be back!
I recommend this place to anyone in the area who wants a good meal.

Come hungry! This casual barbecue place has excellent food and great service.

I got their sampler platter appetizer that included their pork belly burnt ends, fried cheese curds, fried okra, fried pickles, and fried onion straws. Honestly, I ordered it for the burnt ends, and it turned out that was the least exciting part of the whole dish. I'm not a big fan of okra, but this fried okra was impressive. And everything else on the plate was great, too.

We also got their take on a burrito, with their pulled pork and barbecue beans. The pulled pork was really great - if I get to come back, I think I'm just going to get a big plate of that. The beans were a little sweet for my taste, but the overall execution of the burrito was fantastic.

Also, the burrito is enough food for two people. So is the sampler appetizer. I'm pretty sure you can't get any single menu item that isn't enough for two people. Just be warned that it's so good that you're going to want to eat the whole thing, even if you really should take half home.

Food came out fast, the mashed potatoes were good and didn't even need salt or pepper lol. My tri tip dip was tasting good. Food was better then expected

Got the tri tip sandwich, legitimately the worst tri tip sandwich I've ever had. I thought I accidentally ordered a turkey sandwich by the looks of it. Clean place and nice people but TERRIBLE tri tip, I would not recommend.

      Tri tip???

Food/Taste/Flavor: 3/5 - tri-tip & rib combo with St Luis ribs, extra order of pulled pork, and sides of creole rice and fried okra. The ribs is absolutely amazing and fall off the bone soft with fairly little effort. The tri-tip was a block of protein and a bit on the tougher side. We did ask for medium rare but it was closer to well done. The pulled pork was not worth the additional cost. The sides were tasty though!

Ambience: n/a - came 30 minutes before closing so ordered food to go

Service: 5/5 - very friendly and walked us through the combos and all the different options available. Also very patient as we discussed each option

Value for price: 4/5 - reasonable price for amount of food we got! Definitely worth when craving it.

As soon as you step in, you are hit with spicy bbq aromas. The glass case filled with delicious looking desserts greets you when you first walk in. Food was great! Meat was juicy and tender and the sides were gobbled up by all the members of my family. So glad we stopped in while traveling thru the area.

We stopped here for lunch after driving up from California. It was wet and snowy outside and we were in need of some hot food.

I loved the decorations - mid-west cowboy theme. The theme was seen throughout the restaurant.

Lots of options on their menu from their famous Kansas style BBQ, sandwiches to healthier options like salads.

I decided to try their more popular option with the brisket plus sides of green beans + bacon and fried okra. My boyfriend got the tri tip and corn fritters.

The food tasted amazing! The brisket melted in my mouth! The side dishes were also really good - a lot better than I thought especially the corn fritters and green beans. The portions were pretty generous, so we had some leftovers for when we hit the road.

I think what makes this place really great is the service and how the staff genuinely cares about the guests. We told our server that we drove up from California and was headed up north towards Portland. Our server helped up look at the routes that were available and their conditions since it was snowing really badly in the area.

Overall - great food, large portions and very friendly and helpful staff.

Friendly staff, prompt service, delicious barbecue every time. Great to just drop in - especially on Friday or Saturday when they have a smoked prime rib that is amazing.

I enjoy the beef ribs and the pork ribs too - so a combo can be a good way to go - especially because they're great as leftovers.

When in KLAMATH FALLS I highly recommend checking out Wubba's BBQ Shack.

Love the ribs, beans & slaw as sides.

They did a great job with the menu. We looked at it online before we went here with our mouths watering.

We went and were seated right away at a booth that was pretty sticky and had a huge hole in the seat. Whatever.

It was a Saturday so I ordered the prime rib with the green beans and corn fritters as sides. Prime rib came with au jus and creamy horseradish which tasted more like sour cream to me. The prime rib was grey in color, I ordered it medium but was more medium well. I just don't feel like it was fresh. Green beans had lots of onions in it which I didn't realize, I hate onions. The corn fritters were delicious though. Very sweet, almost like donut holes. I didn't use the honey butter that came with it, they didn't need it. My boyfriend got a combo with pulled pork, St. Louis ribs, and tri tip, He said the pulled pork was average, the ribs not so great and the tri tip was horrible. He liked the green beans, but asked for Mac and cheese which I don't think was actually an option so he ended up with the macaroni salad which he took one bite of and said no thanks.

Our server was very nice and friendly but he talked a lot. I don't think I've ever known so much about a person I've never met before in under an hour. He even followed us out to our car.

Lastly I was uncomfortable about the payment of our bill. He brought the check and placed it on the table. It had a QR code on it to scan and pay which I have never seen before. I scanned it and tipped 20%. Our server came over and said "So how are you paying? Cash, card or..?" I was like I just paid via the QR option?" And then he looked on his device and was like "Oh I see it now..19% tip, thanks!" So I guess 1% is taken out by using that service or something. And it made me feel bad.

The food is awesome, 10/10! Service rocks, every server is so kind and respectful, when I went to Wubba's with my family, I asked for the hot wings, and the waiter came by and said "I am very sorry but we are all out of the wings, but we could give you chicken strips with the hot sauce, if you would like." Very sweet and wholehearted.
